Terms of Service

Effective from: [DATE]. This is a translation of the Polish Regulamin. If the two differ, the Polish version prevails.

1. General

AnonimChat (the "Service"), available at anonimchat.net, allows anonymous text conversations with a randomly matched partner. The service provider is [NAME OF PERSON / COMPANY, ADDRESS, TAX ID] (the "Provider"). Contact: [E-MAIL].

2. Conditions of use

Only people aged 18 or over may use the Service. By starting a conversation, the User declares that they meet this requirement and have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The Service is free and requires no registration. A browser with JavaScript and WebSocket support is required.

3. Virtual conversation partners (AI)

Your partner may be another User or a virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence. A virtual partner is not a real person and, when sincerely asked about its nature, discloses that it is an AI. Messages sent to a virtual partner are processed by an external AI model provider (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Rules of conduct

It is prohibited in particular to: post illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening or harassing content; post erotic content or have any sexual contact with minors; impersonate others; phish, defraud or spam; send links or ads; try to bypass the Service's protections; collect data about other Users. Users should not share personal data (full name, address, phone number, payment details) or sensitive data.

5. Reporting and moderation

A User can report a conversation with the "Report" button. The content of a reported conversation is sent to the Provider for review. For safety, the Provider keeps connection logs (IP address and time, no chat content) for 30 days and may disclose them to authorized authorities on their request, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Provider may block access for violations. Illegal content may be passed to the authorities. Reports and comments can also be sent to [E-MAIL].

6. Liability

Users are responsible for the content they send. An authorized administrator may review active conversations and respond to violations, but continuous supervision of every conversation is not guaranteed. The administrator may end a conversation or temporarily block access. Statements of virtual partners are for entertainment and are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Complaints

Complaints about the Service can be sent to [E-MAIL]. The Provider will reply within 14 days.

8. Changes

The Provider may change these Terms for important reasons (changes in law or in the Service, security). The new version applies from its publication on the website.

9. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the User's country of residence. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts.
